Our usual blogger Jasmine had been focusing on her art exhibition, which means Chris is here to write a detailed account of the day's task! Well here it is, it rained and when it looked like it was about to stop raining it rained some more. Then when it eased up it did that sideways rain followed by that fine rain that soaks you through. Here's some pictures of our volunteers enjoying today's task managing the wildflower/bramble meadow.
We'll be returning here in two weeks time to restore the lost wildflower meadow that has been taken by saplings and brambles. That will invovle dead hedging, coppicing and digging up bramble roots.
