Halloween Spooktacular 2025 - Garstang Hub

In Spring 2025 we applied for funding to the CVS which was approved under the Bolton's Fund, this allowed us to host an entirely free two day Halloween event at the Garstang Hub. In the run up to Halloween, the entire site has been transformed with beds removed, an outdoor shack built, a new extended pirate ship and hundreds of hours of volunteer hours put into improving the site.

On Friday the 31st we held our first day of Halloween joined by Taylors Theatre Academy who put on a dance routine, we handed out haribo and Greenhalgh biscuits through a kind donation from Greenhalgh's arranged by Michael and Laura.

On Saturday 1st November we held our big Halloween Spooktacular in total over the two days we had over 400 people attend. Volunteers handed out 30 litres of hot chocolate with mini marshmallows, over 140 hot dogs, countless Greenhalgh's biscuits, haribo and Halloween presents from Adele. The list of volunteers for our Halloween event was massive, a big thank you to all those who gave their time to make this two day event so special with the largest attendance we've had, we're now moving on to our upcoming Christmas event.
