Santa's Christmas Grotto - 2025 Garstang Hub

Bolton Newt held our annual Christmas Event in Breightmet, our 'Santa's Christmas Grotto' which wouldn't have been possible without our amazing volunteer's made up from local residents.

We had roasting marshmallow's, Greenhalgh biscuits, selection boxes from santa (thanks to a kind donation from Bolton At Home), arts and crafts, a fully decorated site, a visit from the Christmas Yeti (thanks Frankie). We handed out over 160 selection boxes and the remainder was distributed to SS Osmunda and Andrews and Blackshaw Primary School.

Thanks goes out to the Bolton's Fund for their grant support and, the Greenhlagh donation was kindly arranged by Michael and Laura and as always a massive shout out to all our volunteers for giving up their time and effort to make a special day for all the children.

Hopefully in 2026, we're able again to obtain grant funding that will help us continue this Breightmet tradition of bringing the community together and making Christmas that little bit more magical.
