Upcoming Conservation Tasks

1st and 3rd Sunday of the month

Volunteering is open to all ages, tools, training and gloves provided, please wear sensible footwear and appropriate clothing for the weather. If staying for the day, please bring a packed lunch.

Wild garlic gathering / path work
Leverhulme Park / 11am till 2pm

Clearing back the wild garlic, protecting the bluebells, restoring a path.

Sunday 3rd April
Tree felling at the Gorse Patch
Leverhulme Park / 11am till 2pm

Felling trees around Gorse and Heather to open up the land, the site is next to the small wooden bridge near the paint factory. Gloves and tools provided by Bolton NEWT

Where to meet: Leverhulme Park Car Park, 10:50am, we move to site location for 11am.

Easter Event with Adele & Stuart
Leverhulme Park / 11am till 1pm

Join us as we celebrate Easter with an egg hunt, bubble machines, shaun the sheep woolies made by Adele and Easter bonnet prizes.
